The staff team at Hollinwood Academy have recently accessed specific yoga and mindfulness training and this is now being implemented within our curriculum.
Yoga and mindfulness can reduce stress and anxiety, increase focus, regulate emotions and more! Miss Sutcliffe and Miss Pratt have recorded a number of mindfulness and seated yoga session for students and families to access both at home and in school.
Each week they will be sharing a new video for you to access either here, on YouTube or through our new Showbie group (ask your teacher for the code).
